Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us before it ships from our fulfillment center. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Subscription Cancellations
To cancel a subscription, simply email our support team. We’ll process your cancellation promptly and ensure no future charges occur.
Returns & Eligibility
•Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
•Do not send any items back without contacting our team first and receiving return approval.
•If the product isn’t right for you, we accept returns only if at least 11 out of 12 sachets remain unopened and in their original condition.
•Once approved, you’ll be given return instructions and must ship the remaining product back to our facility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, melted, or unusable, contact us right away. With reasonable proof (such as a photo), we’ll provide a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
•We’ll provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
•In some cases, return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
•We may request a photo of the returned item to help us improve our packaging and product experience.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process and appear in your account.
Late Deliveries
If your order arrives significantly later than expected, and no delay notice was sent, you may be eligible for a discount on a future order or a partial refund. Contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
