Shipping Rates & Options

•Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

•For orders under $50, shipping starts at just $7.97.

•Expedited 1–2 day shipping is available at checkout through trusted carriers including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Rates are calculated based on your location and selected service.

 

Order Processing & Fulfillment

•Most orders are fulfilled the same day if placed before our cut-off time on weekdays and Saturdays (excluding holidays).

•Orders placed on Saturday night or Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

Discreet Shipping

Your privacy is our priority. Every package is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging, with no mention of product type or brand on the label.

 

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally to Canada, Australia, the UK, and across Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or otherwise not in usable condition, contact us right away. We’ll gladly issue a replacement or full refund once reasonable proof (like a photo) is provided.

Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? No problem. Just email us before your order is shipped from our fulfillment center. Once it’s on its way, we won’t be able to stop it.

 

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t see your package:

1.Check your mailbox, front door, or building’s mail area.

2.Contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number.

 

Please note: Original Royal Honey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery location when possible.

 

Delays & Late Deliveries

Shipping delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or high-volume periods. If your package arrives significantly later than expected and no prior delay notice was given, you may qualify for a discount on your next order or a partial refund—just reach out to our support team.
