When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed the same day if placed before our weekday or Saturday cutoff. Orders made after hours or on Sundays ship the next business day.

 

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging—no logos or product names appear on the outside.

We ship to Canada, Australia, the UK, and many countries in Europe. International shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.

U.S. orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $50, shipping starts at $7.97. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info. You can also visit our [Track Order] page at any time.

Check all entrances, mailboxes, and with neighbors or your local post office. If you’re still unable to locate the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, we can’t replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

 

 You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing us at support@originalroyalhoney.com. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Just send us an email and we’ll take care of it for you. Once canceled, no future charges will be made.

 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. At least 11 out of 12 sachets must remain unopened. Contact us first for approval—returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

We may provide a prepaid return label. USPS return fees may apply depending on the situation.

If your order is broken, melted, or otherwise unusable, email us with a photo. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund.

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
